Morning Flow

Start your day off right with a 60-minute energizing morning vinyasa flow. Feel free to make the poses (asanas) as easy or challenging as you wish - whatever is in your practice. This class is for all levels; everybody and every body.

Online Vinyasa

This is a 60-minute online (Zoom) vinyasa class open to all. You don't need props, per se, but perhaps a blanket, towel or pillow could be useful in some poses. Be creative: instead of blocks, food cans or a big sturdy book; instead of a strap, use a belt.

Restorative

Tap into your parasympathetic nervous system to help you relax on all levels - physical, mental, and emotional. In this 60-minute slow-paced class, we look for stillness in long, supported holds (5-15 minutes); expect the use of LOTS of props.

Slow Flow / Yoga Nidra

This 60-minute class starts with a slow vinyasa-type flow to burn off some energy, we then move into finding total relaxation through the guided meditation of yoga nidra (yogic sleep) - tuning out the external world and tuning into your body, breath and mind.

Physical Phridays

Burn off the week and get ready for the weekend with this 60-minute energetic vinyasa flow. Expect a bit of core work, strengthening, and perhaps some more challenging poses (asanas). This class is open for all levels and is for everybody and every body.

Yin

Yin yoga aims for a deep stretch of fascia/connective tissues. In this 60-minute class, each asana is held for 3-5 minutes allowing you time to "melt" into the pose; a 1-minute counterpose allows the blood and body fluids to return to and nourish the targeted area.

Sunday Unwind

In this 75-minute class, we'll explore a mix of pranayama (breathwork), gentle hatha movements/poses, restorative yoga, meditation and/or yoga nidra for deep relaxation.

Beginner's Yoga

This class is designed for beginners and those that want a refresh on their established (or pre-existing) yoga practice. A low and slow, gentle practice to help build a strong yoga asana foundation. Expect the use of lots of props, including chairs.

Yoga Foundations Workshop 1.0

In this 2-hour workshop, you will gain a better understanding of yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Gain confidence in your yoga practice as we breakdown poses and explore using props effectively. This is a slow-paced workshop built around you, with plenty of time to ask questions to help you build a solid foundation for your practice.

Yoga Foundations Workshop 2.0

In this 2-hour workshop, you will build on your foundation of yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. In a fun and friendly environment, we will work on new variations of the poses you know and love (or not), building strength and gaining confidence in arm balances, like crow and flying pigeon. This is a slow-paced workshop built around you, with plenty of time to practice and ask questions.

Sound Healing

The sound bath will be led by Slavena, an experienced practitioner who will create an immersive soundscape using crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments. The vibrations will help balance your energy and enhance your meditation experience. Sound healing sessions utilize various instruments to create soothing and harmonious sounds. These sounds are believed to have a positive impact on our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Sound healing sessions can help reduce stress, promote relaxation, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall wellness.

Past Life Regression

A deep mystical evening of remembering, healing, and reconnecting with your soul's journey across time.

Expertly lead by Slavena, we will:

  • Sip Blue Lotus tea to open the heart and expand consciousness
  • Journey through a past life regression hypnosis to uncover hidden wisdom
  • Receive Reiki hands-on body healing to restore balance
