Guided Meditation and Hypnotherapy

A new guided meditation and hypnotherapy session for anyone wanting to feel more relaxed, grounded, and present. These sessions are led by a qualified and registered psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, Serhan Avci, and use guided meditation, breathwork, gentle body awareness, and visualization to help you connect with a sense of calm and safety within yourself. They provide a flexible approach through hypnotherapeutic meditation that can support a variety of needs—including chronic pain, anxiety, and general well-being—helping you create a steady, secure inner space. The work is always gentle and invitational—you stay fully aware and in control throughout. You can experience it on its own or as a natural extension of your yoga practice, helping you carry that calm and ease beyond the mat.
