Online Vinyasa

This is a 60-minute online (Zoom) vinyasa class open to all. You don't need props, per se, but perhaps a blanket, towel or pillow could be useful in some poses. Be creative: instead of blocks, food cans or a big sturdy book; instead of a strap, use a belt.
