Slow Flow / Yoga Nidra

This 60-minute class starts with a slow vinyasa-type flow to burn off some energy, we then move into finding total relaxation through the guided meditation of yoga nidra (yogic sleep) - tuning out the external world and tuning into your body, breath and mind.
