Yin

Yin yoga aims for a deep stretch of fascia/connective tissues. In this 60-minute class, each asana is held for 3-5 minutes allowing you time to "melt" into the pose; a 1-minute counterpose allows the blood and body fluids to return to and nourish the targeted area.
