Yoga Foundations Workshop 1.0

In this 2-hour workshop, you will gain a better understanding of yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Gain confidence in your yoga practice as we breakdown poses and explore using props effectively. This is a slow-paced workshop built around you, with plenty of time to ask questions to help you build a solid foundation for your practice.
