Yoga Foundations Workshop 2.0

In this 2-hour workshop, you will build on your foundation of yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. In a fun and friendly environment, we will work on new variations of the poses you know and love (or not), building strength and gaining confidence in arm balances, like crow and flying pigeon. This is a slow-paced workshop built around you, with plenty of time to practice and ask questions.
