Yoga Foundations Workshop 1.0

In this 2-hour workshop, you will gain a better understanding of yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Gain confidence in your yoga practice as we breakdown poses and explore using props effectively. This is a slow-paced workshop built around you, with plenty of time to ask questions to help you build a solid foundation for your practice.

Yoga Foundations Workshop 2.0

In this 2-hour workshop, you will build on your foundation of yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. In a fun and friendly environment, we will work on new variations of the poses you know and love (or not), building strength and gaining confidence in arm balances, like crow and flying pigeon. This is a slow-paced workshop built around you, with plenty of time to practice and ask questions.

Restorative Yoga & Sound Journey

Immerse yourself the soothing sounds and healing vibrations of crystal/Tibetan bowls and other sacred instruments to help you find balance and relaxation on all levels (mind, body, breath, and spirit) in this 2-hour restorative yoga practice.

Restorative yoga poses are held for 10-15 minutes, using lots of props to help you find the ultimate state of comfort and release, giving you time to allow the calming sounds to wash over you, further releasing stress and tension. Mind and Body Day Retreat

In collaboration with Slavena of Moonchild Holistic Healing (https://www.moonchildholistichealing.com) and Laura of Laura Shakti Yoga (https://www.laurashaktiyoga.com), this will be a full day retreat (10 am to 6 pm) for body, mind, and soul. The morning starts with meditation and pranayama (breathwork), followed by yin/restorative yoga with a sound bath. Then we break for a lunch (included) where we can chat and get to know each other better. After lunch, we'll lead you through a cacao ceremony for setting intentions and opening your heart, followed by a beautiful sound healing, and finishing with sacred mantra chanting (kirtan). The kirtan is done through call and response singing...and usually dancing! It is said to be the easier, faster way to connect with your inner bliss and divine presence.

Weather permitting, the morning walking meditation and pranayama, and the lunch, will be held outside. Yoga/sound bath, sound meditation, and kirtan will be held in the yurt.
